¡öLonggu mine of Xinwen Mining Group Dragon Energy Limited has been using the EBH300 (A) cantilever road header so far, the best daily tunneling distance is 5.5 meters, the best month tunneling distance is 165 meters. It is superior performance, safety and reliability, and has reached the international advanced level, can meet all requirements of the rock tunneling, and can replace similar imported models.
¡ö The EBH300 (A) was put into use in Kailuan Group Donghuantuo mine in September 2011 and has been working so far, the first month of use created a new record of full rock tunnel boring. Roadway section is the semi-arched cross-section area of 20 square meters, daily cutting 9-9.6 m, the full month of 22 days, cutting distance reached 200.2 meters. The cutting stable, high efficiency, small cut picks consumption. Separate loading and delivering electric driving systems made it more adapted to rock roadway. It was equipped with imported advanced centralized lubrication system to ensure that all parts worked normally and reliably, at the same time, improve maintenance efficiency, reduce labor intensity.
